Triton Super High Roller Series Announces Expanded 2026 Schedule — New Stops, Bigger Buy-Ins, and Stronger Global Interest

The Triton Super High Roller Series, widely regarded as the pinnacle of elite poker competition, has revealed its expanded 2026 schedule—featuring new destinations, higher buy-ins, and innovative event formats set to redefine the high-stakes poker landscape.

Triton co-founders Paul Phua and Richard Yong confirmed that the 2026 season will open with a blockbuster series in Montenegro, before traveling to Jeju, London, Monte Carlo, and another yet-to-be-announced Asian stop. Each festival will offer a mix of No-Limit Hold’em, Short Deck, and hybrid formats tailored to professional players and high-net-worth businessmen.

Larger Buy-Ins and Record Prize Pools Expected

Several events will feature increased buy-ins, including:

  • $250,000 Short Deck Super Championship
  • $125,000 NLH Main Event
  • Elite invitational high-roller challenges

This comes after Triton’s massive numbers in 2025, where multiple prize pools exceeded $20 million, and average field sizes climbed significantly.

A Growing Audience for High-Stakes Poker Online

The rise of poker online streaming has helped Triton reach an even larger global audience. Their broadcasts on YouTube and partner platforms consistently attract millions of views, driven by high-drama confrontations and the presence of world-famous pros.

Additionally, satellite tournaments hosted on online poker websites—including FreePoker online poker qualifiers—have enabled more players to compete for seats at previously inaccessible buy-in levels.

Asian Market Influence Continues to Grow

Asia has become central to Triton’s identity and growth strategy. With poker communities expanding rapidly in Southeast Asia and China, Triton events in Jeju and Macau remain among the most anticipated tournaments of the year.

The 2026 season is expected to set new standards for luxury event production, player hospitality, and global reach—cementing Triton’s status as the premier high-roller brand in both live and online poker ecosystems.
